Hiwave promotes new DVD of the beatsteaks at the SilverWings cultAt the release event of their new double DVD "B-Seite", beatsteaks, the second-most known German punkrock band behind the "Ärzten", transmitted a concert video and wallpaper images via Bluetooth. The party which was hosted by UncleSally*s magazine, took place at the cultish Silverwing club at Berlin-Tempelhof Airport.

Successful voucher dispatch campaign at Burger KingIn selected Burger King restaurants in Munich and Berlin guests were able to download consumption coupons and wallpapers onto their mobile phones. With the digital “savings voucher” that could be used as often as people wanted, one could get a Burger King menu at a heavily discounted price. The success of the campaign was reflected in the extraordinarily high conversion rate of over 40%.

Hiwave receives award at SystemsAt the Systems IT trade show Hiwave receives the Innovation Area Award of IT Adventure AG in the category "most innovative technology". Among the members of the jury were celebrities such as Klaus C. Plönzke as well as representatives from Ernst & Young, Cisco, SUN and IBM.

Hiwave sends MP3 files at PopkommFor Tim Renner’s music company Motor Entertainment and Motor FM, Hiwave sent free snippet files to visitors to the Motor trade show booth at Popkomm. The snippet file offers excerpts of the current hit singles of the Motor Labels with bands such as Hund am Strand, Koufax, Dorfdisko, and Philip Boa.

Hiwave becomes sales partner of Nokia Ventures OrganizationHiwave has closed a deal with Nokia Ventures Organization, Helsinki, for the sales of the mobile marketing products 'Local Marketing Solution' and 'CoolZone'. These innovative products enable new ways of cultivating customer loyalty for the retail sector. On their client devices, customers can configure their personal interests. Every time the customer enters the point of sale, he or she receives new links, bookmarks, or coupons matching their profiles automatically.

Hiwave runs highly successful Bluetooth test for Wall AG.As already reported by the press on multiple occasions, Wall AG ran a three-week trial with the help of Hiwave with the aim to test the suitability of Bluetooth technology for outdoor advertising. The results speak for themselves. 26,000 end consumers with a Bluetooth-capable mobile phone were detected. Although the campaign wasn't announced, 5 percent of all passers-by downloaded the Wall advertising material onto their mobile phones. Based on these positive results Wall AG now bets big on Bluetooth for outdoor advertising.
